When you book your accommodation at Villa Di Noi you enter into a legally binding contract to the conditions set out below. It is in your own interest to read them carefully.
Prices
Villa Di Noi publishes a tariff every year. This is a guide to the price of a room by season but it is subject to change depending on the demand on any given day. As guests come here for peace and quiet, we have an over 16 year old policy unless by prior arrangement. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Bookings
Full payment is required at the time of booking. A successful booking will be confirmed by an email from Villa Di Noi. Any supplementary charges (e.g. lunch, laundry, other extra’s) will be paid after your stay, during the check-out. We cannot accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18 years old.
Payment method
Payment may be made by cash, credit/debit card, cryptocurrency and electronic transfer of funds are only possible at the time of booking, this is not possible during the check-out.
Cancellation Policy
Villa Di Noi has a strict cancellation policy and we advise guests to take out adequate INSURANCE in case of any unforeseen circumstances resulting in last minute cancellations.
Your booking with Villa Di Noi is a legally binding contract any changes or cancellations to a booking must be made in writing by email. A booking can only be regarded as amended or cancelled upon receipt of our confirmation. Cancellations or amendments by phone cannot be guaranteed.
- More than 28 days notice – 100% of the booking cost is refundable
- Less than 28 days notice – 50% of the booking cost is refundable
- Less than 7 days notice – your booking is non-refundable and non-transferable
- No show – your booking is non-refundable and non-transferable
Please be aware that due to the new PCI DSS regulations covering online credit card transactions we do not receive your card details if booked online. Your details are handled by our online payment provider. So you will need to telephone us with your card details for a refund to be issued. We will carry out security checks to ensure fraud is not being committed. We reserve the right not to issue a refund at our discretion.
If it becomes necessary to cancel your booking we shall use reasonable endeavors to arrange alternative accommodation of a similar standard or we will provide a full refund. We reserve the right to alter rooms allocated if necessary. We are relieved of all liability should the B&B accommodation not be made available due to circumstances beyond our control (see ‘Force Majeure’) and the deposit will be refunded in full.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in is between 14.00pm – 19.00pm. Please inform us by phone if you are arriving after 19.00pm so we can ensure that someone is here to welcome you.
Check-out is at 10.00 on the day of departure.
Pet Policy
We have 2 dogs so unfortunately no other pets are allowed on site
Smoking Policy
We remind guests that smoking (or vaping) is prohibited anywhere inside the building of Villa Di Noi. Containers with sand are located on the terrace of the room, the car parking and around the property. Because Villa Di Noi is situated in a green environment surrounded by trees, guests must ensure that cigarettes/cigars are extinguished properly.
Free WiFi
Guests are welcome to use the free wireless broadband service we provide. We will not be held responsible for any loss of service or damage to guest computer data.
Group bookings
Group bookings are accepted entirely at our discretion.
Guest Liability
Guests are jointly and severally liable for the cost of any damage caused by anyone or too anyone in their party during their stay at Villa Di Noi or whilst in its grounds. All children must be supervised at all times. Use of our facilities are at guests own risk and we shall not be held liable for personal injury.
We will request your credit/debit card details on your arrival and these will be held for the duration of your stay in lieu of a ‘Damages Deposit’ (alternatively a cash deposit of €100.00 (per room) is required). Subject to no damage being caused to either property or possessions at Villa Di Noi, and your full compliance with our Terms and Conditions, no money will be taken from your card and all record of the card details will be destroyed on your departure. However, any Guest causing damage to the property, including but not limited to Guest rooms, fixtures, furnishings, artwork, or linens, will result in a charge of 130% of fair replacement value or necessary cleaning. We reserve the right to ask any Guest (or party including that Guest) to leave the premises without refund or compensation if any damage is deemed to have been caused deliberately.
Our liability
We cannot accept liability for any damage, expense, injury, death, or loss of any nature whatsoever suffered by any person(s) from any cause whatsoever other than the proven negligence of ourselves or our employees. This clause does not attempt to exclude negligence or breach of statutory duty.
Disorderly behaviour
Subject to the owner’s discretion, Villa Di Noi reserves the right to refuse check-in, or ask guests to leave without refund or explanation if guests are found to act inappropriately e.g. if you are drunk or acting in a way that causes a nuisance, disturbance, puts others at risk, rude or threatening behaviour to staff or guests.
Lost keys
The cost of replacing keys lost by guests is charged at €25 each.
Valuables
Guests should take adequate precautions for their own vehicles and belongings at Villa Di Noi as we can’t be held responsible. Valuable items can be locked away upon request. Items that we understand to be of value left behind by guests will be kept in storage for no longer than 1 month, to then be disposed as we see fit. We are happy to return items back to guests; this will be subject to a €10 + postage fee via Poste Italiane.
Cooking & Take Away
Guests are not permitted to set up temporary cooking or barbecue facilities in the accommodation or grounds.
Cooked or smelly foods are not allowed in the bedrooms for the convenience of other guests using the rooms. If a guest wishes to buy a takeaway meal and eat it at Villa Di Noi we will provide plates and cutlery for you to eat in the breakfast room/terrace (please inform to us before ordering)
Parking
For all guests there is a free intern parking available for each room.
Vehicles
Your vehicles and their accessories and contents are left entirely at your risk. We will not be responsible for any loss from or damage to any vehicle form any cause whatsoever, other than the negligence of ourselves or our employees.
Daily cleaning is included in the rental price. The occupants will take care of the order of their belongings.
Household
Towels are provided in each room for the use of guests while they stay with us. These towels are not for the use of guests outside their rooms. If a guest would like a towel for use outside the property please ask. Cotton wipes are provided for make-up etc. Please do not use the white towels to remove make-up, tanning lotions or hair dye. A supplementary charge will be made for additional cleaning of towels to remove make-up etc. Used towels are daily changed.
Swimming pool
Our swimming pool is open from 08.00am to 19.00pm. Use outside these times is discouraged due to the cleaning operations.
Its use is reserved only for people staying in Villa Di Noi and/or gites and owners.
Pool users undertake to respect the rules of use:
- To use the shower located next to the pool before entering the pool.
- Do not bathe after using and applying a cream or sun oil and do the utmost to respect the quality of the water.
- To use a jersey reserved only for the use of swimming.
- To use their own pool towels, made available in each accommodation and use them only as part of the swimming pool at the property.
- To respect the tranquility of each user, avoiding all noisy games and screaming.
- Respect the cleanliness of the terraces and around the pool to avoid any risk of injury (risk of cuts, abrasions).
Anyone using the pool to so at their own risk we will not be held liabile for any injury, illness, accident, loss or damage to property, however caused, directly or indirectly in or out the pool.
It is advised to any user of the swimming pool to be covered by any insurance Civil Liability Defenses Remedies.
We provide pool and beach towels. It is not allowed to hang any kind of laundy outside on your terrace for the respect of the history of the building. A laundry bin will be available at the pool for the used pool towels or can be handed out at the reception.
